Pre-sales software for B2B sales teams
Stop your big deals waiting on your own team.
Girard gets a decision from each owner in security, product, finance, legal and procurement, and hands your rep the answers and the paperwork.
01The problem
Big deals wait on your own team.
A big buyer rarely says yes to the product alone. Before signing, their team sends a list: a discount, a security questionnaire, contract changes, supplier forms. None of it is your rep's to approve, and the reply waits for the slowest answer.
02How it works
One forwarded email. Every owner decides their part.
Your rep forwards the buyer's email to your company's Girard address. Girard splits the list into asks, each with its owner, and answers anything your company has already decided.
Each owner gets only their part and decides in one reply, from email, their phone, Slack or Teams. Limits they set in advance answer anything inside the lines, and reps never see them.
When the last part is decided, your rep gets the answers, the buyer's own questionnaire filled in, the order form and the redline. A person on your team sends the reply.

AI drafts from your own documents. Your owners sign off claim by claim, with evidence, and the rule is built into the software that produces every document.
- Every claim shows its source. Buyer documents never count as one.
- Limits stay private. Reps and buyers only ever see the answer.
- Nothing else gets out. Anything not signed off reads "Answer to follow".
